Director, OsteopathDani has been in the industry for over a decade. She is an Osteopath who specialises in exercise rehabilitation, an Online Coach and a Professional WBFF Bikini Competitor. Her methods as a practitioner encourage her patients to feel educated and in control of their results. Dani works alongside Dr Andrew Lock in “United Health Education” and hosts her podcast “Level Up: with Sharelle and Dani.”
Her mantra “Movement Is Medicine” demonstrates that movement is the long-term solution for optimal health and performance. -

Physiotherapist & Exercise ScientistZab is a physiotherapist and exercise scientist. Furthering his education and developing his skills he is also a qualified Level 1 Strength & Conditioning coach.
Zab’s passion and understanding of physiotherapy techniques, rehab strategies, strength training and background in exercise science allow him to effectively explain concepts, exercises and rehab techniques in a way that is easy to understand. -

Massage Therapist & Mobility SpecialistIshmail is our resident massage therapist and has over 5 years’ experience in the health and fitness industry as a high performance athletic coach.
Ishmail has completed a Diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy, a Diploma in Fitness & Recreation and is currently completing a Bachelor in Human Science majoring in human movement. He also has his Sports Level Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Level Certifications. -

Massage Therapist and Coach
Louise is our Massage Therapist and is also an In Person and Online Coach. Louise specialises in strength training, helping women perform to their absolute best but she also knows the importance of recovery and injury prevention through Massage.
Louise is also an Accredited Sports Nutritionist, providing personalised Nutrition Coaching to complement client training programmes. Louise comes from a sporting background. having played Gaelic Football both in Ireland and here in Sydney.
As well as offering various Massage Treatments, Louise also offers Personalised 1:1 Coaching here at Paddo!

General Manager & CoachEmma grew up in gyms and has been a Personal Trainer for over 10 years. She has been coached by some of the top trainers in the industry and is a perfectionist when it comes to correct technique when lifting. Not only is she the manager, but a competitive powerlifter who will teach you how to get strong under the barbell! Emma loves to keep active and knows how important it is to have fun when training - there's no getting bored on her watch!
